This Privacy Policy describes how Another’n (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information. It applies to:

Users of standard production releases
•
Prerelease or beta users (including TestFlight and other prerelease builds)
•
Users who voluntarily opt in to diagnostic data sharing to support development
We distinguish between two user groups:
1.
Standard Users – users who have not enabled diagnostic sharing
2.
Diagnostic Participants – prerelease/beta users and users who explicitly opt in to diagnostic sharing through the in-app “Support Developers” setting
Note: No non-standard or invasive data is collected from any users at this time. All data collection is limited to basic account information and optional diagnostics for users who opt in.
Standard Users use the production version of the App and have not enabled diagnostic sharing.
For Standard Users, we collect only the minimum information required for account creation and authentication.
Diagnostic Participants are users who explicitly opt in to diagnostic data sharing, either by:

Participating in a prerelease or beta program, or
•
Enabling the in-app “Support Developers” setting
Diagnostic Participants share additional technical diagnostics only, used solely to identify bugs, improve performance, and support development.
2. Information We Collect
Each category below applies to both groups, with differences clearly noted where applicable.
What this includes: Basic identifiers required for account access.

The same information as Standard Users

For prerelease signups only: first name, last name, device type, and prerelease access code (if provided)
We do NOT collect: government-issued IDs, financial account numbers, or identity verification documents.
2.2 Device & Technical Information
What this includes: Basic device and app environment information.

Device type and operating system version
•
No crash reporting, diagnostics, or performance monitoring
•
IP address (used transiently for security and backend communication)
•
All Standard User technical information
•
Crash reports and error logs
•
Performance diagnostics (such as startup timing and error states)
Important: Diagnostics are collected through Sentry only after explicit opt-in.
Screen Recording & Session Replay

Standard Users: Never enabled
•
Diagnostic Participants: Only enabled with explicit consent
•
Limited diagnostic usage signals related to crashes or performance issues
•
No behavioral profiling or feature usage analytics
Privacy Promise: We do not track user behavior for advertising or marketing purposes.
2.4 User-Generated Content
What this includes: Content you voluntarily enter into the App, such as:
•
Song titles and artist names
•
Content is stored locally on the user’s device
•
Not uploaded to our servers
•
Same handling as Standard Users
•
Content may be included only if voluntarily submitted through a feedback or support flow
Privacy Promise: We do not analyze, mine, or monetize user-generated content.

Protection Policy: If a user voluntarily or accidentally includes sensitive information in the app, it will not be collected or used.
3. How We Use Your Information

Process subscriptions and manage entitlements

Operate prerelease and feedback programs

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the App:
Authentication, backend services, user metadata
Subscription management and purchase validation

Each provider processes data according to its own privacy policies.
Until user requests deletion or within 90 days of subscription cancellation

If account deletion is initiated by the user in the app, account data will be deleted immediately following the subscription cancellation process

Participation in prerelease, beta, or developer feedback programs is intended for adults

•
Enrolled in a prerelease or beta program

Revoke access to the program
